Twenty years ago, on February 10 2006, the ss Rotterdam left Cadiz after drydocking at the Navantia yard. The ship was covered with fresh paint, while at different spots in the superstructure plating was replaced. The radar mast retained her original shape and several openings in the hull were closed. It was the last drydock for the ss Rotterdam since 2006. The ss Rotterdam left Cadiz under tow to be delivered in Gdansk on February 27 2006.
