Missing

During September 2004 six pieces of art disappeared from the s.s. Rotterdam . It concerns four Gobelin tapestries (4 x 1,25 meters ) from the Club Room (former casino)and two bronze reliefs (100 x 60 centimetres ) from the lobby near the theatre at the Upper-Promenadedeck.

The Gobelin tapestries were designed by Gisèle d'Ailly-Van Waterschoot van der Gracht and woven by weaving-mill ‘De Uil' under the direction of Joke Haverkorn van Rijsewijk

The bronze relief's were designed by Peter Roovers. The wall-decorations depict Knight of the Swan Lohengrin and duches Elsa of Brabant.
